I just recently bought a house after years of renting. I really didn't know what exactly I wanted all I knew is I wanted to live in the valley, it had to be nice and be able to accommodate my elderly mom. I met Chari through my mortgage broker John and he assured me that she would find me a great house!
We met with Chari and she was absolutely wonderful, kind and caring. She asked us some questions about ourselves and the next day took us house shopping!
We didn't have to look at very many houses because Chari has a gift for finding the right home for people. She didn't find us a house to buy she found us a home to love and be very happy in! She didn't waste our time on just real estate so that she could make a sale. She really cared that mom and I would be in a nice neighbourhood in a beautiful house and our happiness mattered very much to her.
